Options 

Redfish Photonics offers the following options:

Solder:

Our standard manufacturing solder is rated at 183°C. Solder rated at 200-220°C may be provided upon request.

Metalization:

Offered on both bottom (hot) and top (cold) surfaces of the modules for solder and bond pad applications.

Pretinned surfaces:

Offered on both bottom (hot) and top (cold) surfaces of the modules.

Performance Testing:

Tailored to customer requirements.

Lead Wires:

Our standard solid-state heat pump leads are 30 AWG nickel. Standard package lead attachment requires weld process. Other lead material, length, and lead attachment methods available upon request.

Thermistors:

Can be attached to the micro-cooler upon request.

Packages:

All solid-state heat pump devices are offered as standalone modules or mounted and packaged in a wide variety of assemblies including headers, TO-style and butterfly packages.
