Temperature Limits

• Avoid using component installation or package sealing processes that exceed the temperature limitations of the solid-state heat pump manufacturing solder and the solder or epoxy used in the junction between the header and heat pump. Contact Redfish Photonics for temperature limitations specific to your product.
• Standard Heat Pump solder temperatures:
  Internal Manufacturing Solder: SnPb - 183°C
  Lead Installation Solder: SnBi - 183°C
  Pretinning Solder: SnIn - 118°C
